Meeting Minutes
December 14, 2009


Members Present:     Gerry Gleich, Matt Mecum

Members Absent:      Lorie Martiska

GENERAL BUSINESS

Vouchers were approved.

Matt motioned to approve the Meeting Minutes dated November 23, 2009; Gerry seconded; all agreed.

January 25, 2010 was confirmed as the date for the next BOH meeting.

AGENT’S REPORT

Seasonal/H1N1 Flu Update – An H1N1 clinic will be held on Wednesday, December 16th, for ages 6 months to 12 years old.  A small number of seniors who did not receive their seasonal vaccine will also be coming.  A tentative date of December 29th is set for ages 13-24 years old.  It will be held at Tahanto from 3PM-6PM. 

Trash Complaint – Complaints have been received concerning trash on 194 Central Street.  The residents have moved and the trash was not picked up.  Don Parker will be asked to pick up.

PLAN REVIEW

Lot 1R Longley Hill (Al-Safa, Inc.) – Previously approved plan.  The lot lines have been reconfigured.  The system will now be a Presby.  The retaining wall has been eliminated.  It meets Title 5 and the Board’s requirements.  Approved.

Lot 2R Longley Hill (Al-Safa, Inc.) – Previously approved plan.  Sewers (manholes) are included on the plan.  It will be a conventional system.  It meets Title 5 and the Board’s requirements.  Approved.

295 Shrewsbury Street (Jacqueline Foss) – Approved.

32 Nicholas Avenue (Edwin Young) – Revisions are needed. 

Gerry motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m.; Matt seconded; all agreed.
