The Town Clerk can provide certified copies of birth and death records have on file. Records not on file with the Town of Boylston can be obtained through the Massachusetts State Registry of Vital Statistics.
Birth record: for anyone born in the Town or whose parents were living in Town at the time of the birth.
Death records: for any death in the Town or if the deceased was a resident at the time of death.
You can request certified copies of these records in person, by mail or by phone be ready
to provide the name of the person, the type of record you are want and the date of event.
