To Protect, Assist, and Serve the Citizens of Boylston and All Who Traverse the Boundaries of Our Community Without Regard to Race, Religion, Color, Ethnic Origin, Political Affiliation, Sexual Preference, Residency, or Stature Within the Community.

Fixed Goals
1. To become and remain the premier law enforcement agency in central Massachusetts, as evidenced through effective policies and procedures, and, through attention to employment, training, quality of life, budgeting, grant research and submission, equipment procurement, and maintenance programs.
2. To effectively Protect, Assist, and Serve our community through visibility and pro-activeness in patrol, timeliness and thoroughness in our actions, and absolute professionalism through the display of integrity, trust, respect, and dignity, thus contributing to "Team Boylston's" efforts at making the quality of life in Boylston the best that it can be.
3. Expand community policing efforts and thus citizen support through continued emphasis and support for D.A.R.E., the conduct of periodic, seasonal foot patrols, support for senior affairs, and through living the philosophy of treating people the way you would want to be treated.
4. Work as a team, mutually respective and supportive of each other.
