Boylston COA Van 

The COA Van is available to residents 60+ and those under 60 with a disability (doctor documentation required).  Van details:

Mondays - Thursdays

8:00am - 2pm (first pickup and last drop off)

Van service is provided within a 15 mile radius of Boylston. Special consideration given for medical appointments. 

48 hours notice to schedule a ride. Medical appointments take top priority. $4.00 suggested donation requested but not required.

Van scheduling line is open Mondays - Thursdays; you can leave a message with your trip request but please note that your trip is not confirmed until you speak directly with a member of the COA staff.
