Junior Operator Passenger Restriction/Penalties
No passengers during the first 6 months of licensure, other than immediate family member, unless accompanied by a person at least 21 years old, has at least 1 year driving experience, hold's a valid driver's license and is in the front passenger seat. | Previous restriction, increased penalties |
