Station

The Boylston Police Department is located at the Hillside complex on Route 70 at 215 Main Street, Boylston.  The Department moved to Hillside in 1997 from the center store building located in the heart of olde Boylston; the move was warranted by the need for more space.  The present station, a former private school, was also a former Digital Training Center, which the town took ownership of thru eminent domain.  After taking possession of the building, the first floor was fully renovated to accommodate the Police Department.  The new station has a state of the art Dispatch Center for the Town's Police, Fire, and EMS services.  Also located in the station are offices for the Chief, Sergeants, Detectives and Patrol Officers, as well as an evidence room, arms room, classroom, interview room, locker rooms, handicap accessible restrooms, kitchen, gym, and prisoner booking facilities. Should the need arise, prisoners can be transported to the Worcester County Sheriff's Office, the Worcester Police Department or the MSP Barracks in Holden or Millbury for temporary detention.
