Ordering Certified Copies:
Certified copies of Vital Records (birth,death,marriage) are $10 each. Records may be obtained in person, by mail, or ordered online.

Marriage License and Certificate
Birth Certificate: The fee for a certified copy of a Birth Certificate is $10.00. Birth Certificates are on file with our office for people who were born in Boylston or whose parents lived in Boylston at the time of the birth.
Death Certificate: The fee for a certified copy of a Death Certificate is $10.00. Death Certificates are on file with our office for those who died in Boylston and for those who resided in Boylston at the time of death.
Marriage Certificate: The fee for a certified copy of a Marriage Certificate is $10.00. Marriage Certificates are on file with our office for only those couples who applied for their marriage license in Boylston.
Marriage Licenses: The fee to file your Marriage Intention in Boylston is $30.00. You may apply for a Marriage License at any City or Town Clerk's Office in the State. The license is only valid in Massachusetts. The record will always remain in the Town in which you filed. The couple must file their intentions together in person at the Clerk's Office. The license is valid for 60 days from the date of application.
