Hazard Mitigation Plan Survey

The Town of Boylston is in the process of updating its Hazard Mitigation Plan and is requesting input from residents to inform this plan. An updated HMP will help the Town assess and reduce community risk from natural hazards.

Residents can respond to the survey online, via the QR Code on the flyer, or fill out a paper survey, which will be available at Town Hall, Boylston Public Library, and the Municipal Light Department.
