Strength, Stretch and Stamina with Julianna Record. 

Wednesdays at 10:30am. This class is a combination of strengthening, stretching and increasing stamina by combining yoga, Pilates, barre, strength training and mindfulness. This class uses light weights, resistance bands, balls, etc.
