"Are You Ok?" Program in conjunction with the BPD

Police Chief Annunziata has started an "Are You Ok" Program for Boylston seniors.  This is a free service provided by the police department & consists of a daily call to your home or cell phone at a pre-designated time.  The calls will be made by Boylston police officers.  The police department will perform wellness checks if they have reason to believe it necessary.  If you would like to participate in this program, please fill out the "Are You Ok?" Field Interview Form and return it to the police department.  If you would like help filling out and/or returning the form, please contact the police department or the COA office.  Thank you to Chief Annunziata for instituting this program for our seniors!
