Are You Okay Program

The Boylston Police Department is happy to announce its participation in the Are You Okay program. This program was created to check in on senior residents and others, who may not have regular communication with family, friends, or co-workers.

This is a free service provided to Boylston residents. Residents who complete the Field Interview Form will receive a daily call from the police department between 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

If contact is not made, a police officer will be dispatched to the residence to make contact with the listed resident. If police are still unable to make contact, officers will contact the emergency contacts or request a listed key holder to gain entry into the residence.

Residents who participate in this program can also take this opportunity to speak with the police department regarding any issues or concerns they may have. The police department will act as an advocate for these residents and take reasonable steps to assist with any issues or concerns.

The required form is available as an attachment in this section and should be returned to the police department with all areas filled. Forms will also be located in the police department lobby. If you are unable to fill out the form, contact the Boylston Police Department to make other arrangements.
